I had a paid membership. Then - for Christmas I purchased a family plan as a gift to my family. My husband cannot join the plan. He downloaded a free trial of Hallow via our church and the App just keeps saying he needs to pay for his own membership when we try to add him to the family plan. Any help?

Everyone on the plan just needs to log in to the app using the Continue with Email option and enter their respective emails.
Kindly follow the steps below to share it with your family:
- Log in to your account here https://hallow.com/
- Click on Family
- Add your family member's email address
- Your family member needs to accept the invite to activate full version on their device.
