Hello, Many of us users have a need for the Hallow app at times when we don't have good mobile data internet connection. When does your team intend to finally catch up with all other audio content providing apps (like podcast apps) where content is able to be downloaded when on wifi, for later usage when no mobile data is available? People might use the Hallow app while driving and have phone plan limitations for their data, or where they're simply driving. Or they might be on a peaceful walk through the woods and wanting to the use the prayer app, but they're in a remote area with zero cell service for mobile data. To clarify, I realize that a user can click "Download Audio" under each Session, but you have to remember to do this when at your home or work office etc with wifi available for downloading all this content. Why is there no settings option to automatically download only once on wifi, where downloads would be in a queue until then? Every podcast app and other content provider apps have had this for a long, long time, and for free. I, and many others, are paying for a premium user experience that feels outdated and lacking yet in this important regard. When you have challenges or other big featured Collections where the content is released daily or weekly, not all sessions all at once, it makes it even worse for a user that has great need of playing content once downloaded and offline, when he/she has to remember to manually go in the app every day at some point (if time) when at home or around wifi (if it works out) to download each individual session manually, so that it's ready for offline use later. Why can't you have (like every podcast app out there) the ability to select for automatically downloading each consecutive session as it is released? Just like subscribing to a podcast, you'd be "subscribing" to Pray40 to keep getting new content. You can have it tie in with your alert reminder system and keep people engaged in the content and your app as well. One long-standing collection is the Daily Reflections with Jeff Cavins. There's new sessions coming out daily from that collection and if you're someone like me who's invested, finds value in it, and hasn't missed one in years at this point... wouldn't it sure be nice to have the option to toggle on "automatically downloading" the content and then I can "archive" or delete the downloads as seen fit later. And on that note, when a user goes under Downloads in the app, they should be able to select checkboxes quickly as they scroll down all their downloaded sessions (or collections) and then mass delete downloads, rather than the very slow process of clicking each individual 3-dot side option icon and selecting Remove Download each time over and over. If you don't want to add check box selection, you could always integrate a long-press into the UI so each session you long press can consecutively add together in a multi-selection for you to then click "Delete Selected" or other optioning seen fit. Again, this is all stuff that's been around for a long time in podcast and other audio content apps where offline use is known to be important. And I firmly believe Hallow fits in that same vein. Let's be honest, many times when people find the easiest time to utilize Hallow in their daily/weekly schedule is when they're alone and away from the crazy hub-bub noise you'd get in a work office or other people-rich interaction zone. Common times for prayer, including while using Hallow, are while on a nice peaceful walk, during a commute drive, or other alone time. We need a more robust offline offering including settings and optioning.
