Clausulae from John Paul II

My mother introduced me to it years ago, and it is my preferred method. JPII, following the examples of others, would insert a short phrase. For example, when praying the First Joyful Mystery, one might say "and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus (who is God's beloved Son). Holy Mary..." etc.

Do you offer a version like this? Now that I am extremely ill with what we be a lifelong condition, it is hard to focus on my own. Having a recording of this version would be TREMENDOUSLY appreciated. If there were pictures included, that would be even better for those days I can handle visual stimulation, but I know that's a lot of work.
